The Anselm arrived at Corvid IV to find a functioning port and a Titan Forge outpost that predates the colony—with Anjali's sister Devika named on a contract for equipment that left Earth on the Anselm itself. After landing alone, Anjali found a dead woman, a handwritten warning, and Doctor Helena Voss, the sole survivor of a biological outbreak from a non-human structure in the bedrock. She discovered a subterranean chamber with a responsive pillar and a second data crystal, then returned to the Anselm to stand before Devika's pod before briefing Mira. Now she has entered a service corridor, reached Room 4B, and connected to a neural interface that revealed Devika was a liaison for the facility builders—and that one of the transformed personnel still walks the lower labs, aware of Anjali's presence.
